Description:
Open meetings is the project that manages the filing of meeting notices and minutes that governmental and quasi-governmental agencies are required by law to file with the Secretary Of State. This law was activated in mid July of 2004. The public side of this is currently under development. The Open Meetings project utilizes two independent MySQL databases.
