A quick overview of the "Instant Messaging Robot" (IM Bot) to client communication and vice versa along with and introduction into the development process of an "IM Bot." The talk covers the theory involved in programming intelligence into an "IM Bot" and provides a methodology for attacking complex problems that can be easily solved with an "IM Bot."
